HR Advisor or HR Business Partner - Kent

Are you immediately available to start a contract or from Jan 2025? Are you an HR generalist motivated to work on a large transformation/change project? This role will report to Deputy Director of HR and OD and will work with a supportive HR peer group and subject matter experts. The team requires extra capacity through the project and would therefore have flexibility as to the level of person considered.



 



Fixed Term Contract to start immediately (Jan latest) until 31st August 2025



 



This HR Advisor / HR Business Partner (Change) role offers Hybrid working



 



As HR Advisor / HR Business Partner (Change), you will:




  • Support the organisation and HR team with organisational change and restructure

  • Leading on ER casework and 121 consultation meetings

  • Job evaluation

  • Advise managers on change processes to ensure colleague and union engagement and input

  • Support with updating people policies and procedures to ensure best practice

  • Work in collaboration with the wider HR team to ensure all processes are carried out effectively and efficiently

  • Build and maintain good relationships with Managers and colleagues in the organisation



 



Experience required for the HR Advisor / HR Business Partner (Change) role is:




  • Previous HR generalist experience at HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level

  • Employee Relations experience

  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law

  • Ability to work confidentially
