HR Advisor (Employee Relations) - Kent

If so, this ER Advisor position could be the role for you. You will be working in a well-established, reputable HR consultancy, providing a valued role to a major Client.
This HR (ER) Advisor role offers hybrid working - 3 days in the office
As HR (ER) Advisor, you will:
Advise and support clients on employee relations issues such as disciplinaries and Grievances from inception to conclusion, escalating cases to employment lawyers within agreed service levels
Assist, develop and maintain client policies and procedures and related documentation
Maintain a high level of client focus and professionalism
Ensure systems are kept up to date e.g. capture client on-boarding progress and other project related work
Assist in the production of information and reports

9-5.30 Monday to Friday, 3 days in the office 2 WFH
With your background in HR Advisor work, ER casework and your CIPD Level 5 qualification (ideal or working towards), you will find this opportunity challenging and varied as well as rewarding.
