HR Administration Manager
This is a truly exciting time be part of a rapidly growing HR function in the role as Administration Manager, reporting to a Group HR Manager and responsible for a team of 4 administrators. You will be heavily involved in project work within the HR team as the Company and department enters an exciting new phase which will give you exposure to senior managers in the team. This position is integral to the successful delivery of HR support to the operation.
You will have responsibility for pre-employment screening, vetting and re-vetting of employees across the Company. This will involve ensuring all new hires have completed vetting, right to work and in many cases DBS checks, advising hiring managers of when the process is complete and ensuring that no employee commences employment prior to all checks being complete and the correct identification, right to work and all other paperwork are compliant. You will compile reports for both internal and external stakeholders so a demonstrable competence in all Microsoft programmes, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential to this role.
Successful candidates should have experience of managing compliance, pre-employment screening, process management and development and leading on audit.
